Effective April 13, 2024, the e-learning platform Natolin4Capacity Building has concluded its operations on the servers of the College of Europe in Natolin.
However, there’s no need for concern!
Shortly, 16 courses in English and Ukrainian will soon be available again to users at a new address, as the platform will continue to operate under the administration of our partners – the High School of Public Governance!
We will announce the new address of the platform later.

Natolin4Capacity Building educational platform is accessible for Ukrainian civil servants. Please note that prior registration at the platform of the National Agency of Ukraine for Civil Service (pdp.nacs.gov.ua/) is a precondition for registration at the Natolin4Capacity Building platform.
